Toyota KP30 – HD – Canon 7D – First Attempt

OK, it’s not great, but it’s my first quick play with the HD video on my 7D…My tripod skills need some work too.  Expect more vids soon (improvement in quality subject to me having time to practice some more…)!

Nice! For smooth tripod action try using a rubber band to pull the handle in the direction you want, that way the rubber band gives a smooth pan, whilst absorbing all the friction. Looks good! If you’re photos are anything to go by and you’ve invested in the 5D I think you’ll do some awesome vids!

I purchase a KP30 about a year ago now. The only mods I have made to the car have been to add a new set of superlights. I am now attempting to lower the car and I have run into some problems. I put in 2.5” lowering blocks but now the wheels are hitting the arches so i need to either stiffin the struts or source a new pair. This is where im stuck?? Do you know where I can source struts for this car. You have made a cool job of your KP30 by the way.

    Any help welcome.
