After dropping the Retro Cars W115 for Si I was on a roll (broken, but on a roll) so had another play with mine: It’s down a little more at the back and now packing 20mm spacers to even it up with front. Other work has included ‘box and diff oil changes, fresh plates, new grill, deleting the high level stop lamp and filling it with so much waxoil winter can’t touch me.

Slammed! Love it. Melons passed me on the way to Leamington the other day: did you say a workmate bought it?
I’d love to talk to you offline about the car. Would you mind contacting me? motoringconbrio [at] gmail [dot] com. Cheers!
Hi, dropped you an email…what would you like to know?
Rob.
Hello, this car looks great! Here in the states, I see Mercedes from the early 70′s pop up on craigslist for under $2000 on a regular basis.. most of them are running but need little bits here and there.. I’m definitely interested in finding one to lower and drive on weekend trips (would be more comfortable than my sa22c RX-7) but am having trouble finding a good buyer’s guide and resource for the w114/115 and w123, are they pretty straightforward to work on? Though I loved the shark BMW you lowered on mesh wheels, I think you nailed the look of this car with the factory Mercedes wheels..
Which wheel tire combination are you driving? Original 6Jx14 with 195/70?
