I love, love, love fender mounted mirrors… If it didn’t sound like a scary project, I’d put fender mounted mirrors on my Miata… But it sounds like it involves a bit of scary body-work to fill in the holes from her factory mirrors. Have seen it done to a Miata, though, and it looks great. And maybe my friend’s 510 will look as good as this one someday. His is a big work-in-progress rebuild… (And the bad news is he’s being sent to Korea, so the 510 has to go into storage for a couple of years. At least.)
